Explosions in Nepal's capital leave 3 dead, 8 wounded

KATHMANDU, Nepal (AP) — Three explosions killed three people and wounded at least eight in different parts of Nepal's capital on Sunday, with police suspecting that an outlawed communist group was responsible.
